All stock specimens are photographed extensively in different light sources to best display natural accurate representation of it. We do not refund postage costs. We strictly do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges - there are no exceptions to this. Once payment is paid, no cancellation and no changes can be made. We assure you tht all goods will be inspected properly for any damages before we post out your order.
Our crystals and gemstones are Natural. Any irregularities (crack lines,different in colour / shades, inclusion, shapes, imperfections etc) should be considered as natural features of the crystals and gemstones, NOT FLAWS. It's all part of nature charm, each beautifully unique in pattern and crystalline composure found from the earth; therefore no two stones of the same species will ever be the same. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself.
Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics, or on change of mind. Please be aware that our products are of a natural condition sometimes hand cut or carved so they will never be completely ‘perfect’.
